Summer Fun

Since the last blog update, here are some fun summer moments to share with you all!

The Ortiz's

Callie is starting to look like Mommy a little! (YAY!) Below are pictures that Grandma sent Mommy - first pic is mommy's 1 year old birthday!

SOMEONE is climbing up EVERYWHERE!!!

July 5- Callie stood in "downward dog" stance
July 6- Callie makes the sound of "hi"and rested on us all day.
July 6- first night [for real] sleeping in her room/crib
July 7- said long a sound, sometimes it sounds like "hey"
July 7- Grandma's birthday
July 7- Callie played in a Countryman at the MINI dealership

July 8th- Callie joined us to celebrate Grandma's birthday at Bananas for a Drag Gospel Brunch. She was the STAR of the show!

Auntie Roro and Hank joined us for Grandma's birthday!

July 10- Callie finally clapped where her hands touch. Before she copied us, but her hands never touched.

July 10- Downtown Disney with Grandma

July 11- Callie crawled for the very first time. LOOK OUT EVERYONE!!!
July 12- Titi Betty called to let us know that she goes on Facebook ONLY to look at Callie grow... So, Betty, here's to your amazingness. We are so glad that you enjoy watching our baby grow up!
July 14- Callie learned how to make the /Ll/ sound
July 14- Callie went in the blowup pool and LOVED it.

At night, we visited the Sinker's and Diaz's, and Callie met Merlot, the new pupster, sibling to Winston now!

July 16- Callie started a snorting sound. It began when she made the sound on my arm, and her nose was suctioned to my arm! Now, if we do it, she mimics it right away. It is now incorporated to her laugh!

July 16- Titi Betty's package arrived. We received some awesome onesies (one says Hola!), as well as a new baby doll that Callie LOVES.

July 19- Papa's birthday-
 Callie waved to Mama when she waved at her.

July 19- We went to visit Irma and Jason and baby Liam. Callie met Liam for the first time!

July 20- Callie woke up and began playing with her video monitor in her crib! Uhoh! YOU WERE CAUGHT ON CAMERA!
July 20- THIRD TOOTH cut through. This is to the right of her bottom two.
July 20- Papa and Ita came to visit!!! Callie got a new doll- Mr. Froggy

July 22- Callie went on the swings for the first time at Lake Eola

See why the crib has been lowered?

Callie is pulling herself up EVERYWHERE. She is crawling beyond fast, and is also letting go and standing for a good few seconds. We may have a standing/walking baby soon!

July 21- FOURTH TOOTH cut through. This tooth is on the bottom, to the right of the middle teeth. Still no teeth on the top coming through!
July 25- Callie stood up by herself for a second or two
July 28- Callie got ANOTHER tooth! Now her top right tooth came in! No fevers, just a little more needy lately, wanting to be held.
July 27- Olympic get together with the Naya family. Callie met Abby!

It has truly been a month of play dates, splashing and family!
