We are just in awe, our little girl is nine months old!

The last few days of her summer break have been filled with family, more splashing, and fun
July 28- Abuelito and Abuelita came to visit us. Callie got a new headband and a tub/pool toy
She gnawed on an apple too!
July 29- Callie got ANOTHER tooth! Her top left tooth broke through today! Yes, that makes 4 teeth in 9 days!
July 31- Callie made a fishy face with her lips
August 1- Callie makes a silly face with her lower lip covering her upper lip

2- Callie is 9 months old, started clicking her tongue
August 3- Callie played Peek-a-Boo by herself with a cloth
August 4- Callie went to Ellie's 3rd birthday pool party where she crawled all over the club house and then swam in the pool, and later on we all went to the Hiawassee "Hooray, Hooray, We are an 'A' " Party... It was a busy day and she conked out!
August 5- Callie walked far in our house holding our hands
August 6- Callie tried and enjoyed organic apple puffs and Grandma came to visit
August 7- Callie had a play date with Landry and Calvin

August 7- Callie tried a whole plum and loved it! She also had her 9 month doctor appointment: 72 percentile in length at 28 inches (she was 19 at birth), weight was 16th percentile at 16.8, although she had just downed 6 ounces, so she may be less, 8th percentile for head size at 16.6 inches and weight per length was 4th percentile... little petite "I wear 3 months onesies" munchkin. Apparentlty we missed a growth spurt according to her charts. Callie also learned how to consciously blink when prompted with "blink", she slowly closes and opens her eyes and smiles.
August 8- We went to Rochelle's new place and had dinner, as well as a surprise cake for an early birthday for me.
August 10- Callie learned how to pull toilet paper off of the roll.
August 11- Callie took her 9 month baby pictures at Picture People- Thanks to Auntie Ro for the Groupon!
August 11- Callie saw deer outside and really paid attention to them, as well as waved to them!
August 12- Callie walked on all 4's in a in between crawl/walk way- here is one picture of this bizarre movement!
August 12- Callie shared her pacifier with me, trying to place it in my mouth and giggling
August 16- Mommy's birthday and Meet the Teacher, daycare called us due to Callie's fever... oh the joys of back to daycare after 2 months off! Plus, we found a 7th tooth coming in! Someone is way ahead in this tooth department! Poor Callie is sick and snotty! She is definitely requiring more R&R and cuddles!

She is traveling around with her Soothie pacifier that she never liked, but uses as a teether now!
August 18- Callie continually said "DADA" all day- Daddy is happy! She said it early on, but not consistent like now! So now she said Mama and Dada. Ro and Hank brought dinner over. We played with Callie's hair during bath time!
Callie is getting really good at the "put it on your head" game!
For about a month now, Callie has been turning off the lights after her bath time, but now she can turn lights off on command!
